Bon voyage, Seattle. I'm off to San Diego tomorrow
I’ve never been to San Diego before, but I’ve heard wonderful things. I’m meeting up with a friend in Long Beach, and then I’m heading down to San Diego with him and his partner. I can’t wait to have several days of sun. Are there things I should do while I’m in San Diego?

So, my cat died this month
It was a pretty wrenching experience. The poor guy was not feeling well when I got home from work on a Friday a few weeks ago. He goes bonkers any time I put him in his cat carrier to take him to the vet, so I opted to wait until Monday for our local vet clinic to open, which is only a few blocks away. Saturday night, I stayed with this guy I’d been seeing, then Sunday I came back home....
